We want you to love your jersey! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following details:

Return Window: You have 10 days from the date you recive your jersey to initiate a return.

Eligible Items: You can return any unworn and unwashed jerseys with original tags attached. Customized jerseys and items purchased during final sale events are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at RetroUCLJerseys@gmail.com We'll provide you with all the needed instructions and needs.
2. Pack Your Jersey: Securely pack the jersey in its original packaging or similar protective material. Please include all original bags and tags in the package.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your protection.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned jersey, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable). Refunds may take up to 3 business days to Process, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please Note:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns for jerseys that are not in original condition, show signs of wear or tear, or are missing original tags.
• Due to hygiene concerns, certain categories of merchendise, such as cleats, may not be eligible for return.
